Thanks for such nice comments on my last post. I'm feeling a lot better. Your First Triathlon and Triathlete's Training Bible (both by Joe Friel) are supposed to be good.
Oh good! I had both of those in my cart. I think the First Triathlon would be especially relevant, although I have learned so much just from reading everyone's blogs!
I second Leah's comment on the Triathlon Training Bible. I've read it, highlighted it, and outlined it many times!
i think the best triathlon book is just getting out there on your bike and riding more. (i did love lance's first book though - 'it's not about the bike')
