Did I mention that in addition to wanting to
do a triathlon this year, I also want to do a race up the Sears Tower in November? Glutton for punishment I know. Luckily, I work in a building that has 15 flights of stairs for me to practice on. Unluckily, my poor calves were mooing so badly from the run up the stairs that I wimped out on the spinning. Today is slightly better so I am going to go to the gym and do some
cardio on the
elliptical trainer. I am keeping my fingers crossed for gorgeous weather this weekend so I can do some biking and try our my new road shoes!
YAY! Oh and I have a fully functioning bike computer thanks to my brother so I can actually see how far I go!
